INTEGRATED BORDER MANAGEMENT TRAINING IN UZBEKISTAN TASHKENT, Uzbekistan, 25 June 2010 – Over the course of five days, twenty-two representatives of the Uzbek border management agencies (the State Border Guards Committee under the National Security Service, the Military Customs Institute, the Phyto-Sanitary, the Veterinary and the Quarantine Control Services) participated in an Integrated Border Management (IBM) skills training workshop. It was organised with the support of the EU-UNDP BOMCA assistance programme together with the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD). |
